MISSY is a sweet loving pup that enjoys her life and tries to live it to the fullest. No one and nothing can stop MISSY; not even confinement in a kennel space tantamount to a prison cell will stop her from greeting you with a paw and a smile, especially when you consider her rough circumstances.
MISSY is presently enduring a kennel at the Carson Animal Shelter in Gardena, California. Carson, a place filled with more misery, than success stories, is not exactly the place you would expect one to be hopeful.
However, the 8 year old female Yorkie is the exception. In spite of her confinement, MISSY Braves the emotional hardships and is always sure to be on her best behavior whenever a shelter patron visits her kennel space. MISSY is a true fighter.
