Depressed Pup Dumped at Kill Shelter On Valentines Day, Crying in Fear All Day

While most of us were celebrating all the things that Valentine’s Day has to offer like the romantic dinners and getaways, the chocolate, and the genuine feeling of being loved by your respective partners, one dog’s life was about to change drastically.

The dog, who is unnamed, was mercilessly dumped at the high kill Carson Animal shelter in Gardena, California, where she now awaits a highly uncertain future. Carson is one of the places on earth, that is completely devoid of hope and love. Dogs are given a few weeks and sometimes even just days to find forever families before they are brought to a back room and “humanely euthanized” as Carson puts it.

According to my source at the shelter, the unnamed pup is not taking in her new reality, and this is completely understandable. In fact, before she goes to sleep, she tucks herself away into a corner, lets out a sigh, and then gently cries herself to sleep hoping and wishing someone might save her. Sad indeed.

A Petharbor listing for this unnamed pup reads:

“I am described as a female, gray and white Pit Bull Terrier. The shelter thinks I am about 6 years old.”

SpeakUp, if you or someone you know is interested in giving this precious pup the forever family she rightfully deserves, please contact the Los Angeles County Animal Control – Carson at (310) 523-9566.

Additionally, please share this story on Facebook or Twitter, so we are close to finding this unnamed pup a home. We have done it before and can certainly do it again.💕❤
