Blind and deaf 12-year-old senior dumped at kill shelter, cries herself every night

🚨Senior Alert🚨 WE CAN DO MORE: BLIND AND DEAF 12-YEAR-OLD SENIOR NEEDS OUT OF SHELTER

This little tiny 12 year old senior lady is Nicky and I love her❤️ she has been at the shelter since July 9th. Pretty sure she is blind & deaf. I worry about her she doesn't deserve to be sitting in a shelter.

Might have a heart murmur 1-2/6. She weighs 11lbs. She deserves to live in comfort, loved and snuggled up where ever her little heart desires.

She seems to not be able to get comfortable, she paces, sleeps, shakes and seems not to eating to well. Her little legs are stiff.
Please share little Nicky...let's get her into the right loving hands that will give her the best life possible.

Frightened and alone, 5 months Chihuahua has no one looking for her

EVERYONE ABSOLUTELY LOVES HER - BUT ALL THE LOVE IN THE WORLD WONT SAVE HER ...

She is chill, very friendly, easy going, really affectionate, well mannered and super mushy. The type of girl that will make a new owner very happy - she is over the adolescent puppy stuff and ready for a new life, a nice short walk and then some hang out time.

Everyone says "I absolutely love her!!!" But without a home, no matter what she has to offer - she will die today and that is so sad!. NOT RESERVED - WILL BE KILLED ANY MINUTE at Big Spring Animal SHELTER.

Sadly, she's on the list for possible euthanasia shortly, due to catching the inevitable shelter cold but there's still time to turn her run of bad luck around!

Owner requested euthanasia? Apparently, they doesn't want anyone else to have her

There is nothing quite like the sting of the pain of rejection. When you first meet Dukesa, a 2-year-old German Shepherd who now makes a living at the Miami-Dade Animal Services, the first thing that comes to mind is how sad she looks.

Honestly, who could blame Dukesa? Her owner didn’t want to care for her any longer for and so in a stunning betrayal, he dumped her off at MDS, so she could be someone else’s problem, according to my anonymous source at the shelter with information on this case.

Dukesa, who spends most of her days tucked away in a corner, wishing for a miracle, is so hurt, that she could often be heard sobbing quietly to herself before she goes to sleep every night. Sad indeed.

Fidonation, if you or someone you know is interested in giving this precious pup the forever family she rightfully deserves, please contact:

To hear this 4 months old pup cry from his kennel will melt your heart into a puddle...

As the summer comes to a close and kids go back to school - life is full of new and exciting experiences. But for Leo, every moment is precious now, his life will end simply because he is homeless. A tender soul, eyes so full of hope, a heart wanting to belong to someone. Life wasn't suppose to be this way - but a foster or adopter can change everything for him. NOT RESERVED - Leo WILL BE KILLED SHORTLY at San Antonio Animal Care Services.

Leo is the sweetest pup you'll meet. He seems to have been on his own for sometime and needs lots of TLC. This cutie needs a good meal and lots of cuddles. Leo is a lab blend, around 4 months old, and weighs about 15 lbs.

A volunteer writes "We’ve all been warned that staring at the solar eclipse will cause damage to your eyes, but I’m hear to warn you that staring at Leo will cause your heart to melt into a puddle! His eyes all but talk (and they are fluent in every language!) and he has so much love to give that I have no idea where he stores it all. He has been very easy to walk on leash, seems housebroken, and is treat motivated. He cries for attention from his cage sometimes but that’s because a cuddler of his class belongs at the side of a person. The way he wags his tail when spoken to is COMPLETELY endearing, he gently licks the inside of my elbow when I scratch his butt, and he even gives little love nibbles."

Adult dog give up on his fate as he is formally placed on death row

This is quite an adorable thing on the surface, however, Sparky’s reality is much more stark. The SEAACA is not the nurturing shelter, where dogs and cats receive care and attention before they find loving homes. In fact, it is the exact opposite. In fact, the SEAACA is a high kill shelter where the animals trapped in the facility are given just weeks and sometimes even just days to find homes before they are “humanely euthanized”

In fact, it is the exact opposite. The SEAACA is a high kill shelter where the animals trapped in the facility are given just weeks and sometimes even just days to find homes before they are “humanely euthanized.”

Sparky is no different and just last Friday, he was moved to the back room known in shelter parlance as “death row.” As he got the news, Sparky, cuddled up to his toy, to find comfort in the only thing that makes him happy. Sad indeed.

Speak Up! if you or someone you know is interested in giving this precious pup the forever family he rightfully deserves, please contact the Southeast Area Animal Control Authority (SEAACA) at (562) 803-3301 and reference the shelter ID 18-04379.

Additionally, please share this story on Facebook or Twitter so we are closer to finding Sparky a home. ❤️
